Does Mudda recharge my line automatically?هل يشحن مدّة خطي تلقائيًا؟
No. Mudda only reminds you. You recharge through your operator’s official channels. Mudda is independent and not affiliated with any telecom operator.لا. مدّة يذكّرك فقط، وأنت تشحن عبر القنوات الرسمية لمشغّلك. مدّة خدمة مستقلة وغير تابعة لأي مشغّل اتصالات.
Do I need to share my operator account password?هل أحتاج إلى مشاركة كلمة مرور حساب المشغّل؟
Never. You enter your plan’s recharge date and validity yourself. We will never ask for passwords or one-time codes.أبدًا. تُدخل تاريخ الشحن ومدة الصلاحية بنفسك، ولن نطلب منك أبدًا كلمات مرور أو رموز تحقق.
Is Mudda free?هل مدّة مجاني؟
Yes. Mudda is free to use. There are no paid plans, no trial that converts into a charge, and we never ask for card details.نعم. مدّة مجاني الاستخدام. لا توجد خطط مدفوعة ولا فترة تجريبية تتحول إلى خصم، ولن نطلب منك أبدًا بيانات بطاقة.
How do I stop messages or delete my data?كيف أوقف الرسائل أو أحذف بياناتي؟
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them, or email info@mudda.lat to delete your data. We complete deletion within 30 days.رد بكلمة STOP على أي رسالة لإيقافها، أو راسل info@mudda.lat لحذف بياناتك. نكمل الحذف خلال ٣٠ يومًا.
Which countries is Mudda available in?في أي دول يتوفر مدّة؟
Mudda is available in the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain.يتوفر مدّة في الإمارات العربية المتحدة وقطر والكويت والبحرين.
How will I receive reminders?كيف تصلني التذكيرات؟
By SMS or WhatsApp to the number you register, or as notifications in the Mudda web app — you choose.عبر رسالة نصية أو واتساب إلى الرقم الذي تسجله، أو كإشعارات في تطبيق مدّة على الويب — حسب اختيارك.
