These Terms govern your use of mudda.lat and the Mudda service ("we", "us"). By using the website or the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

تحكم هذه الشروط استخدامك لموقع mudda.lat وخدمة مدّة ("نحن"). باستخدامك الموقع أو الخدمة فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط وعلى سياسة الخصوصية.

Mudda is a reminder service for mobile and data plan validity. Reminders are for information only and rely on the details you enter. We do not make payments, recharge lines, cancel subscriptions or manage any third-party account on your behalf.

مدّة هي خدمة تذكير بصلاحية باقات الجوال والإنترنت. التذكيرات لأغراض إعلامية فقط وتعتمد على البيانات التي تُدخلها. نحن لا نجري مدفوعات أو نشحن الخطوط أو نلغي الاشتراكات أو ندير أي حساب لدى طرف ثالث نيابةً عنك.

Mudda is free of charge. We take no payment and never ask for card details. If we ever introduce optional paid features, we will announce them in advance and they will require your separate, explicit agreement.

مدّة مجاني. لا نتقاضى أي مبالغ ولا نطلب أبدًا بيانات بطاقة. وإذا قدمنا يومًا ميزات مدفوعة اختيارية فسنعلن عنها مسبقًا وستتطلب موافقتك الصريحة والمنفصلة.

You must be at least 18 years old and live in the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain to use Mudda.

يجب أن يكون عمرك ١٨ عامًا على الأقل وأن تقيم في الإمارات العربية المتحدة وقطر والكويت والبحرين لاستخدام مدّة.

When you submit the form, we send a personal link to the number you provide. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the accuracy of the information you enter.

عند إرسال النموذج نرسل رابطًا شخصيًا إلى الرقم الذي تقدمه. وأنت مسؤول عن أمان حسابك وعن دقة المعلومات التي تُدخلها.

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access it by unauthorised means, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

توافق على عدم إساءة استخدام الخدمة أو محاولة الوصول إليها بوسائل غير مصرح بها أو التدخل في عملها أو استخدامها لأي غرض غير قانوني.

The Mudda name, logo, website and software belong to Mudda. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.

اسم مدّة وشعاره وموقعه وبرمجياته مملوكة لـ Mudda، ولا يجوز نسخها أو إعادة استخدامها دون إذن كتابي.

Mudda is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any telecom operator, bank, streaming platform or other subscription provider. Third-party names you enter remain the property of their owners.

مدّة خدمة مستقلة وغير تابعة أو معتمدة أو مموّلة من أي مشغّل اتصالات أو بنك أو منصة بث أو مزوّد اشتراكات آخر. وتظل أسماء الأطراف الثالثة التي تُدخلها ملكًا لأصحابها.

The service is provided "as is". Reminders may be delayed by network or device issues, and we cannot guarantee that every reminder will be delivered. Always check the official terms of your provider.

تُقدَّم الخدمة "كما هي". قد تتأخر التذكيرات بسبب مشكلات الشبكة أو الجهاز، ولا يمكننا ضمان وصول كل تذكير. تحقق دائمًا من الشروط الرسمية لمزوّد خدمتك.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including charges or service interruptions from third-party providers.

إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لا نتحمل المسؤولية عن الخسائر غير المباشرة أو التبعية، بما في ذلك الرسوم أو انقطاع الخدمة من مزوّدي الأطراف الثالثة.

You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms, with notice where reasonable.

يمكنك التوقف عن استخدام الخدمة في أي وقت وطلب حذف بياناتك. ويجوز لنا تعليق الحسابات التي تخالف هذه الشروط مع إشعار مسبق حيثما كان ذلك معقولًا.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. Disputes are subject to the courts of Abu Dhabi, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة كما تُطبق في إمارة أبوظبي، وتختص محاكم أبوظبي بالنزاعات، دون الإخلال بأي حقوق إلزامية للمستهلك في دولة إقامتك.
